Equipment for Deep Foundations, Retaining Structures, and Groundwater Lowering

Elita Cop - Talpe

We operate a modern and highly specialized fleet of equipment designed for deep foundation piling, excavation and foundation pit support, retaining structure construction, and groundwater lowering. Our equipment enables efficient, precise, and reliable execution of works even under the most demanding geotechnical conditions.

Our fleet includes piling rigs and reinforced concrete diaphragm wall rigs, equipment for the installation of steel sheet pile retaining systems, as well as groundwater lowering systems. Continuous investment in equipment modernization and maintenance ensures high-quality execution, site safety, and consistent compliance with project schedules.

Mait HR 260 – Hydraulic Piling and Diaphragm Wall Rig (2 Units)

The CFA piling system allows the installation of piles with diameters ranging from Ø400 mm to Ø1000 mm, with a maximum drilling depth of 27 m.

For conventionally bored piles, with borehole protection provided by casing tubes or drilling slurry, drilling can be performed with diameters ranging from Ø600 mm to Ø1200 mm, to a maximum depth of 40 m.

The rig is also capable of constructing reinforced concrete diaphragm walls with thicknesses of 400 mm and 600 mm to depths of up to 35 m, using slurry-supported excavation techniques.

Mait HR 230 – Hydraulic Piling Rig (1 Unit)

The CFA piling system allows the installation of piles with diameters ranging from Ø400 mm to Ø1000 mm, with a maximum drilling depth of 27 m.

Mait HR 130 – Hydraulic Piling and Diaphragm Wall Rig (1 Unit)

The CFA piling system allows the installation of piles with diameters ranging from Ø400 mm to Ø800 mm, with a maximum drilling depth of 19 m.

For conventionally bored piles, with borehole protection provided by casing tubes or drilling slurry, drilling can be performed with diameters ranging from Ø600 mm to Ø800 mm, to a maximum depth of 27 m.

The rig is also capable of constructing reinforced concrete diaphragm walls with thicknesses of 400 mm and 600 mm to depths of up to 20 m, using slurry-supported excavation techniques.

Hitachi Crawler Crane (4 Units)

Crawler cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 35 tonnes and a boom length of 28 m.

Each hydraulic piling rig is supported by a dedicated crawler crane.

Movax SPH 80 Vibratory Sheet Pile Driver (3 Units)

The vibratory driver is mounted on a hydraulic excavator and is used for the vibratory installation of steel sheet piles, as well as their precise positioning prior to driving with a hydraulic hammer.

PVE 2323 VM Hydraulic Hammer with Power Pack (1 Unit)

This 4,000 kg hydraulic hammer develops a driving force of 1,350 kN and is designed for the installation of steel sheet piles and other steel profiles.

Groundwater Lowering Equipment (2 Units)

The system consists of one electric and one diesel-powered vacuum pump, together with all associated equipment, including header pipelines, wellpoint filters, and other system components.

In addition to their primary function, our hydraulic piling rigs can also be utilized for drilling dewatering wells to lower groundwater levels and reduce groundwater pressure.

Complete On-Site Logistics Support

In addition to the specialized equipment listed above, our division provides comprehensive logistical support for construction site operations.

Our fleet includes tractor-trailer trucks for the transportation of heavy machinery, as well as commercial semi-trailers for transporting reinforcement cages for piles and reinforced concrete diaphragm walls with lengths of up to 24 m.

Furthermore, we operate hydraulic excavators, rollers, air compressors, power generators, dump trucks, and articulated dumpers, enabling efficient organization and execution of construction activities.

As part of our integrated service offering, we also provide the production and transportation of concrete, as well as the fabrication and delivery of reinforcement cages for piles and reinforced concrete diaphragm walls.
