Victory Gardens, a residential and commercial complex, with a total area of approximately 212,000 m², this impressive complex includes five slats with a garage in the underground floors.
The Elita Cop company was in charge of carrying out reinforced concrete works on the underground floors that make up the imposing garage with an area of over 67,000 m² and Lamela L2 with an area of about 25,000 m², designed as a modern and functional building with a total floor area of 4Po + Su + Pr + 10 + Ps and a height of 40 meters. The construction was carried out using high-quality materials – waterproof concrete classes C35/45 and C50/60 and reinforcement B500, in full compliance with European standards and technical norms.
The 150 cm thick foundation slab, reinforced concrete walls, columns and mezzanine slabs were constructed using modern Doka formwork, with precise logistics and strict technical control in all phases of construction.
Lamela L2 and its garage segment represent the ultimate example of engineering expertise – a combination of safety, functionality and a high construction standard.
