Elita-Cop d.o.o., as a renowned contractor specializing in demolition and site clearance works on highly complex projects, carried out the demolition and clearance of fire-damaged facilities within the Mala Mlekara and UHT production plants at the IMLEK milk processing and dairy production factory.

Following the completion of these activities, conditions were established for the execution of full reconstruction works on part of Building No. 5, Building No. 26, and part of Building No. 18 within the Mala Mlekara and UHT production facilities.

The works included the following:

• Demolition and clearance of existing reinforced concrete and masonry structures
• Earthworks
• Construction works for the rehabilitation of reinforced concrete and masonry structures
• Plumbing and water supply installations
• Electrical power installations
• Fire alarm and public address systems
• Ventilation, air conditioning, and heating systems
• Mechanical works

Project execution period: 2019–2020.
