Toyo Tairs track – Inđija

Construction of a test track for testing passenger vehicles for the needs of the “Toyo Tire” tire factory in India.

The following polygons were performed within the Test Track:

3. Access road – passing noise ISO 10844
4. Access road – wet adhesion ISO 23671
5. Polygon ISO 10844
6. Polygon ISO 23671
7. Braking on wet surfaces
8. Dry braking
9. Reserve polygon for ISO 23671

Works include the following:
– Securing the construction camp and access roads
– Ground work
– Improving the soil
– Water supply
– Electricity supply
– Drainage works and infiltration trenches
– Concrete and reinforced concrete works
– Pumping station equipment
– Irrigation system and U drainage irrigation system
– Asphalt works (ISO 10844/PD C and ISO 23671/PD E)
– Removing bitumen from asphalt (water blasting)
– Horizontal and vertical traffic signals
– Run-off surfaces for vehicle braking
– Super rail bumpers
– Fencing of the test track

The period of implementation of works: 2021 to 2022.
