Silva Vidikovac, a residential and commercial building with an area of 38,000 m2, has four underground floors that are planned for parking vehicles, tenant storage, a thermal substation and a mini transformer station. The ground floor is intended for business premises, while the upper floors are planned for housing.
Before the start of construction, the foundation pit was secured in the form of AB piles along the perimeter lines of the building, connected to each other by header beams and a curtain wall. Work was also carried out on a wide excavation in the amount of 65,000 m³.
The foundation is made on a reinforced concrete base plate with a thickness of 60/100 cm with counter-capitals.
The building is designed as a structural system of slabs supported on AB walls and beams, and above them on columns. The mezzanine construction consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The thickness of all plates is 22 cm. All slabs are made of MB40 concrete.
Vertical construction elements, columns and AB walls, 20/25/30 cm thick, in all according to the given disposition. The concrete grade of the vertical supporting elements of the structure is MB40, on some AB columns MB50 and MB30 on some elements from the 4th floor and above.
Work was also done on the exterior of the building, including the construction of walls, stairs and concrete slabs.
Period of performance of works: 2023 to 2025.
