Concrete production

ELITA-COP d.o.o. produces fresh concrete in Zemun, at Batajnički drum 6a. We have four concrete factories:

• LIEBHERR concrete plant with a capacity of 140 m3 / h
• LIEBHERR concrete plant with a capacity of 140 m3 / h
• STETTER concrete plant with a capacity of 90 m3 / h
• STETTER concrete plant with a capacity of 60 m3 / h

For the production of concrete we use the following raw materials:

•  CEMENT
•  STONE AGGREGATES

Stone aggregates – washed and separated from natural gravel. We provide this raw material from suppliers of Danube Group Aggregates. “ELITA-COP” d.o.o. Also has its own separation where do the separation of natural gravel into declared fractions of 0-4mm, 4-8mm, 8-16mm, and 16-32mm. We hold certificates for materials issued by IMS.

• WATER

For the production of fresh concrete, we use water from the city water supply system

• ADDITIONS TO CONCRETE

If necessary, we use concrete admixtures made by SIKA, TKK, MAPEI, MC BAUHEMIJA. In case of air temperature below 0 ° C concrete factory “ELITA-COP” d.o.o. can offer fraction heating service and use of hot water temperature of 60-80 ° C. The practice of our company is the constant control of concrete production that we perform in the concrete laboratory.   Concrete plant “ELITA-COP” d.o.o. produces the following types of concrete:

• Concrete MB 15, MB 20, MB 25, MB 30, MB 35, MB 40, MB 45, MB 50 and MB 60 are three-fractions and four-fractions, both classical and pumped,
• VDP MB 30, MB 35, MB 40, MB 45, MB50 and MB 60 three-fractions and four-fractions, both classic and pumped,
• Concrete for piles,
• Concrete for industrial floors,
• Natural concrete,
• Frost and salt-resistant concrete.

  In addition to concrete production, ELITA-COP d.o.o. is also able to offer the following services:

• Transportation of fresh concrete with 39 mixer – trucks with a capacity of 7-10 m3,
• Pumping fresh concrete from 9 auto-concrete pumps with boom lengths of 34m, 36m, 39m, 42m, 46m and 53m by Schwing, Putzmeister, and Cifa.
